Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word (*.docx)
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 14-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

By submitting their work to the conference proceedings, authors agree that:

Authors retain copyright of their work.

Authors grant the conference organizers the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, and distribute the work in the conference proceedings and related materials.

The work may be made available in electronic open-access format for academic and educational purposes.

Authors confirm that the submission is original, properly cited, and does not violate publication ethics or copyright laws.
Publication Ethics Statement
The conference adheres to internationally recognized standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. All participants in the publication process are expected to follow ethical principles consistent with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and established academic publishing practices.
Responsibilities of Authors
Authors submitting abstracts to the conference proceedings must ensure that:

Permission has been obtained for the use of copyrighted materials, including figures, tables, and images.
Editorial Responsibilities
The Editorial Board and conference organizers commit to:

ensuring a fair and unbiased review process;

evaluating submissions solely on their academic merit, originality, clarity, and relevance to the conference themes;

maintaining confidentiality of submitted materials during the review and editorial process;

preventing any form of academic misconduct or unethical publication practices.
Submissions found to violate ethical standards may be rejected or withdrawn from the conference proceedings.

The names, affiliations, email addresses, and other personal data entered in the conference submission system will be used exclusively for the purposes of organizing the conference and publishing the conference proceedings.
